The picture was taken at the eastern end of Fiskertons main runway some time after

the Lancasters 100 operation to Dortmund on 12 March 1945.
This Lancaster, one of the four Lancaster Centurions that 576 Squadron had on
charge did at total of 114 operations, the crew flying her once on the Lancasters 99
th
th
operation to Essen on the 11 March 1945.
