Sergeant Albert Royston Morgan was born in South Wales and in his youth moved to Brighton. He
        enrolled in the Royal Air Force Volunteer Reserve and having been selected for aircrew duties and
               commenced training as an Air Bombardier, eventually completed some 63 operations
                                                with Bomber Command.

             Posted to 576 Squadron in March 1945 he was with the crew of Flight Lieutenant Richard
          Alexander Strachan, this pilot had completed at least one tour of operations with 105 Squadron,
                                           a No.8 Group Pathfinder squadron.






                  The crew completed four operations with 576 Squadron. Flying in Avro Lancaster
                                     PD 271 T - Tare2 on all the four operations.

                              3  April 1945 Nordhausen, Germany - V weapons factory.
