and the DFC. The picture was taken at the eastern end of Fiskerton’s main runway some time

after the Lancasters 100 operation to Dortmund on 12 March 1945.This Lancaster, one of the
th
four Lancaster centurions that 576 Squadron had on charge did at total of 114 operations.
The bottom picture shows N-Nan again, this time with a Welsh leek painted on her nose. It is not
clear why this was painted on the Lancaster.
